Setting up an efficiency improvement system is a key strategy to reduce your costs. Successfully identifying improvement options requires establishing some baseline information. Data needs to be compiled to make further tasks easier and more efficient. This section will help you to get everything needed for the following sections in place. It will also familiarise you with content and structure of the e-efficiency tool.
Your benefits
By now, you should have the e-efficiency team in place, which is necessary for a successful start. Before you begin improving specific aspects (e.g. water) in the following section, use this section to lay the basis. A preliminary estimate of your current situation and general information about your company is of much help for the following sections. Gather this information for later use, when you start analysing different aspects in more detail, such as water and material use
